Therefore, to study the molecular mechanism of miR-524-5p that regulates CXCR7 expression in colon cancer, we respectively regulated the expression of miR-524-5p and CXCR7 in HT-29 and Caco-2 cells to evaluate the influence of the miR-524-5p/CXCR7 axis on colon cancer angiogenesis.
