Correlation analysis suggested that high-risk HCC patients presented higher levels of CTLA-4 (Figure 11(b)), HAVCR2 (Figure 11(c)), LAG3 (Figure 11(d)), PDCD1 (Figure 11(e)), and TIGIT (Figure 11(f)) than low-risk HCC patients. Here, CTLA4 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
