Moreover, we observed low levels of several pathways like oxidative phosphorylation and metabolism-associated pathways and various highly enriched cancerous or immunological pathways including IL6 JAK STAT3, TNFA, hypoxia, and glycolysis signaling pathways by the GSVA of cancer “hallmark” gene sets (Supplementary Material S2A), suggesting the association between the clusters and cancer immunology and glycolysis.
