To date, cohort-wide data have been made available on: haematological and biochemistry assays [22] (including several biomarkers of relevance to cancer research, such as sex hormones and insulin-like growth factor-I); leukocyte telomere length; [23] and genome-wide genotyping using an Affymetrix array of ~850,000 variants, with imputation on >90 million variants (Table 3) [24].
