Oral administration of 200 mg/kg of C. anthelminticum fixed oil and its fractions (i.e. HF, CF, and EF) raised the activities of these enzymes (SOD, CAT, GPx) and GSH significantly (p < 0.05) in their respective groups by displaying their less percent inhibition when compared with the diabetic control group (Fig. 4).
