ZNF274 and Prader-Willi syndrome: ZNF274 encodes a Kruppel-associated box zinc finger protein that contains 5 C2H2 zinc finger domains and is a transcriptional repressor involved in a wide range of processes (Valle-Garcia et al., 2016), including repression of the Prader-Willy syndrome maternal gene expression in neurons (Langouet et al., 2020).
