Sarcoma cell lines MG-63 (osteosarcoma), HT-1080 (fibrosarcoma), A-204 (malignant rhabdoid tumor), SJSA-1 (osteosarcoma), SK-UT-1 (uterine leiomyosarcoma), and G-402 (leiomyoblastoma), along with the known Endo180-negative epithelial cell lines HT-29 (colorectal cancer) and MCF-7 (breast cancer), were subjected to western blotting with A5/158 or an isotype control antibody (Fig. 2B).
