ACOX1, ALDOB, protein kinase AMP-activated catalytic subunit alpha 2 (PRKAA2), JAK3, and protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 11 (PTPN11) have been confirmed to be closely related to β-oxidation of fatty acid, lipogenesis, cholesterol metabolism, and lipodystrophy [30–35]. The gene discussed is PTPN11; the disease is lipodystrophy.
