To further explore the effect of SH3BP5-AS1/miRNA-139-5p on the biological behavior of PC and GEM resistance, first of all, Transwell and sphere formation assays proved that silencing of SH3BP5-AS1 could reduce the invasion, migration, and spheroidizing abilities of PC cells, while miRNA-139-5p inhibition could reverse the effect of shSH3BP5-AS1 on PC cells. The gene discussed is SH3BP5; the disease is pachyonychia congenita.
