Pathway analysis revealed that the altered miRNAs were involved in some key signaling pathways of cancer such as “MAPK signaling pathway”, “Wnt signaling pathway”, “AMPK signaling pathway”, and “Ras signaling pathway” (Fig. 4D), suggesting METTL1 could regulate tumorigenesis in a miRNA-dependent manner.
