In a multicenter, double-blind, randomized study of 150 patients with primary or secondary SS treated with filgotinib, lanraplenib, tirabrutinib, and placebo, filgotinib-treated patients had reduced type I IFN activity, increased number of memory B cells, and decreased levels of RF, IgM, IgG, and IgA, respectively, compared with that in patients that received the placebo.
