CTLA4 and colitis: Another study showed that patients treated with anti-CTLA-4 therapy have a higher rate of diarrhea (31.8% in anti-CTLA-4 alone versus 10.5% in anti-PD-1 alone) and colitis (7.7% in anti-CTLA-4 alone versus 0.8% in anti-PD-1 alone); also, diarrhea seems to be more common in patients treated with dual ICI therapy than in those with a single-ICI agent (8).
