Similarly, significantly higher levels of IFN-γ and TNF-α were present in the supernatants of CD123 BATs and TF1 (p < 0.01; p < 0.04), NoMo1 (p < 0.00001; p < 0.00001), EOL1 (p = 0.0001; p = 0.0002), KG1 (p < 0.0001; p < 0.0001), HL60 (p = 0.0004; p = 0.009), and HL60/VCR (p < 0.005; p < 0.03) cells compared to unarmed ATCs and AML targets (Figure 3A).
