The levels of IFN-γ and TNF-α were significantly higher in the culture supernatants of CD33GO BATs and NoMo1 (p < 0.0001; p < 0.0001), EOL1 (p < 0.02; p < 0.01), KG1 (p = 0.0002; p = 0.0003), HL60 (p = 0.0004; p = 0.003), and HL60/VCR (p < 0.005; p < 0.02) cells compared to the culture supernatant of unarmed ATCs and AML targets. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and acute myeloid leukemia.
