Among these five genes, CXCL9, CCL8, and PLA2G2A did not show significant changes in expression levels between normal and tumor tissues, whereas CXCL13 and TRIB2 exhibited significantly decreased expression in CRC tissues compared with that in normal tissues (Figures 10A–E), suggesting that these two genes might be potential therapeutic targets for CRC. This evidence concerns the gene PLA2G2A and neoplasm.
