This is more commonly seen in idiopathic transverse myelitis (5%), paraneoplastic myelopathy (35%), myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-associated disease (MOGAD), and GFAP-IgG, glycine, and glutamic acid decarboxylase-65 receptor-associated myelopathy.
