Results revealed that pentose and glucuronate interconversions, 2-oxocarboxylic acid metabolism, citrate cycle, biosynthesis of amino acids, glucagon signaling pathway, carbon metabolism, phenylalanine, tyrosine, and tryptophan biosynthesis, central carbon metabolism in cancer, phenylalanine metabolism, and tryptophan metabolism were the top 10 pathways which were significantly enriched in MHA-Ca group compared with CON group (Figure 4A). This evidence concerns the gene GCG and cancer.
