Moreover, the ROC curve showed that H2BC5, H2BC9, H2BC11, and H2BC21 all had meaningful predictive power for glioma, especially H2BC9 and H2BC11, which showed excellent sensitivity and specificity in predicting the survival of glioma patients, with an area under the curve (AUC) of >0.8 (Figure 3C and Table 2).
