IL17A and breast cancer: KEGG analysis showed that the down-regulated genes were significantly enriched in biological processes such as pantothenate and CoA biosynthesis, pathways in cancer, breast cancer, Rap1 signaling pathway, AGE−RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications, regulation of actin cytoskeleton, protein digestion and absorption, IL−17 signaling pathway, axon guidance, complement and coagulation cascades (Figure 2D).
