The KEGG enrichment analysis revealed that the OGEs were mostly involved in pathways in cancer, infection, hepatitis, PI3K-Akt signalling pathway, MAPK signalling pathway, Chemokine signalling pathway, Cytokine–cytokine receptor interaction, and AGE-RAGE signalling pathway in diabetic complications (Figure 3(D)). This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and hepatitis A virus infection.
