Furthermore, it has been proven that cross-regulation between EGFR and NOTCH3 has long been detected in genetic studies and that, depending on the cellular context, it can be both cooperative and antagonistic [15]. This evidence concerns the gene NOTCH3 and ovarian carcinoma.
