BCL6 and infection: LSL-KrasG12D/+ mice developed lung adenomas and highly variable tumor latencies 20 weeks after infection, with a median survival of 131 days, whereas Bcl6 loss via heterozygous and homozygous recombination of floxed alleles significantly impeded tumor progression and prolonged mouse survival, with a median survival of 204 days and 276 days, respectively (Figure 6, B–D).
