There are five genes (BGN, THBS2, SPARC, CDH11 and SPP1) in metastatic cancer tissues that are significantly higher than non‐metastatic cancer tissue at the transcriptomics level (Figure 4A), while only BGN and THBS2 were significant difference in protein expression between metastatic and non‐metastatic cases (Figure 4B). The gene discussed is CDH11; the disease is metastatic malignant neoplasm.
