The LHPP expression level was apparently higher in normal tissues of bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), kidney chromophobe (KICH), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PCPG), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), and stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD) than in the corresponding cancer tissues (Fig. 1A). The gene discussed is LHPP; the disease is glioblastoma.
