There were 19.1% of samples that exhibited dMMR (MLH1/PMS2 loss), 70.6% of which had ≥ 1% PD-L1-positive tumor cells, compared to the proficient mismatch repair (pMMR) group, 56.9% of which showed ≥ 1% PD-L1-positive tumor cells (Spearman’s correlation coefficient(r) = 0.109, p = 0.412).
