CXCL10 is a highly potent lymphocyte chemotactic agent, it may be involved in the occurrence and development of LN by activating and chemotactic immune cells to renal tissue, IFN-γ, tumor necrosis factor-α, etc. to participate in inflammatory responses, inhibiting the formation of new blood vessels, and reducing the activity of antibiotics [10, 11, –13]. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL10 and lobular neoplasia.
