Using a series of 543 uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC) issued from the TCGA database, a significant association was observed for NHP2 (P = 0.0003) and TAF1B (P = 0.034), but not for Nop10 (P = 0.77), − high levels of NHP2 and TAF1B being associated with the poorest outcome. This evidence concerns the gene TAF1B and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma.
