Recurrent EGFR fusions included CCT6A-EGFR fusions in two cases of lung cancer (2/13, 15.4%) and intergenic EGFR-SEC61G fusions, occurring at intergenic regions downstream of SEC61G, in three cases of gastric cancers and one case of lung cancer (Fig. 2f). The gene discussed is EGFR; the disease is lung cancer.
