Recurrent EGFR fusions included CCT6A-EGFR fusions in two cases of lung cancer (2/13, 15.4%) and intergenic EGFR-SEC61G fusions, occurring at intergenic regions downstream of SEC61G, in three cases of gastric cancers and one case of lung cancer (Fig. 2f). This evidence concerns the gene SEC61G and lung carcinoma.
