As displayed in Fig 5B and 5C, GO (Gene Ontology) and KEGG (Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes) enrichment analysis indicated that ARL11-associated genes were significantly linked to immunosuppressing processes such as T cell differentiation (gene ratio = 71/1130, p = 5.22E-30), PD-L1 expression and the PD-1 checkpoint pathway in cancer (gene ratio = 21/659, p = 7.22E-06), the and Toll-like receptor signaling pathway (gene ratio = 29/659, p = 2.28E-09).
