Tumor size, lymphatic invasion, vascular invasion, perineural invasion, and MUC1 IRS scores indicated that larger tumor size (OR: 1.197, 95% CI: [1.009-1.419]; p=0.039) and higher MUC1 IRS scores (OR: 1.814, 95% CI: [1.092-3.013]; p=0.021) were independent predictors for an increased risk of lymph node metastasis (Table 5).
