Following genetic knockdown of eIF4E, both of the two AML cell lines had reduced viability when assessed by CCK-8 assays (Molm13, Figure 2A; NB4, Figure S3C) and subsequently inhibited proliferation when assessed by Ki67 labeling fluorescence intensity (Molm13, Figure 2B; NB4, Figure S3D).
