During this evaluation, it was observed that in the case of the single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP), rs12794714, in the CYP2R1, the GG genotype (OR = 3.54, 95% CI = 1.24–10.14, p = 0.023) and G allele (OR = 1.74, 95% CI = 1.09–2.84, p = 0.023) were significantly associated with the risk of MS. This evidence concerns the gene CYP2R1 and myeloid sarcoma.
