JAM3 and systemic sclerosis: In the wake of previously described associations between circulating levels of sJAMs and SSc [7,27], our data, obtained from a larger case–control cohort, allowed us to demonstrate that serum sJAM-A and sJAM-C were significantly increased in SSc vs. healthy controls, especially in patients characterized by early/active NVC patterns and the presence of ischemic DUs.
