The results revealed that 10 of 15 EMT-associated genes can be considered as the hub genes, 7 as upregulated (ADIPOQ, PIK3CG, CCR2, CCR7, CSF2, LIN28A, and MMP9) and 3 as downregulated (TLR4, IRS2, and CD14), through which ITGB2 likely affected the NSCLC metastasis (Figure 3G), illustrating the potential correlation between ITGB2 and EMT. This evidence concerns the gene MMP9 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
