ITGB2 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Through in vitro experimental studies, we confirmed that the overexpression of ITGB2 can increase the expression level of E-cadherin, while it decreases the expression levels of N-cadherin, Vimentin, Slug, Snail, and Twist in H1792 cells, indicating that ITGB2 can affect the growth of NSCLC cells through inhibiting the EMT pathway.
