The results revealed that 10 of 15 EMT-associated genes can be considered as the hub genes, 7 as upregulated (ADIPOQ, PIK3CG, CCR2, CCR7, CSF2, LIN28A, and MMP9) and 3 as downregulated (TLR4, IRS2, and CD14), through which ITGB2 likely affected the NSCLC metastasis (Figure 3G), illustrating the potential correlation between ITGB2 and EMT. Here, CCR2 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
