Univariate regression analysis showed that age (p = 0.001), age at disease onset (p = 0.003), weight (p = 0.000), BMI (p = 0.000), diabetes (p = 0.001), arthritis (p = 0.009), hypertension (p = 0.001), and the SNPs rs2066398 (p = 0.009), rs2358817 (p = 0.044), and rs7524748 (p = 0.021) were significantly associated with the level of ApoB, but only age (p = 0.025), BMI (p = 0.001), diabetes (p = 0.046), and the SNP rs2066398 (p = 0.012) were significantly correlated with the level of ApoB in a multiple regression analysis. This evidence concerns the gene APOB and arthritic joint disease.
