NFE2L2 and acute myeloid leukemia: In this work, we have analyzed the anti-leukemic activity of a set of phytochemicals representing the major classes of bioactive compounds in cruciferous foods (GSL, ITC, hydroxycinnamic acids, flavonols, and anthocyanins) as well as the activity of the most potent anticancer compounds as NRF2 inducers in human AML cells.
