AKT1 and early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease: Integrative analysis of differentially expressed protein-coding genes with the targets of differentially expressed non protein coding miRNAs and lncRNAs, revealed that DEGs were primarily involved in 4 important cellular pathways including: cell signaling pathways (such as Rap1 signaling, MAPK signaling, PI3K-Akt signaling, and VEGF signaling), cell adhesion (including focal adhesion and regulation of actin cytoskeleton), cellular metabolism, and neurodegenerative diseases (such as Alzheimer’s disease).
