Looking at the effect of SE treatment on NHDF (Figure 4a) and PD patients (Figure 4b–d), we can observe that the H2O2 levels measured after the treatment with 3.125 and 6.25 μg/mL GAE resulted as significantly decreased comparing Pt1, Pt2 (p value < 0.001) and Pt3 to the NHDFs (p value < 0.01), in a dose-dependent manner. This evidence concerns the gene ZNF135 and Parkinson disease.
