Based on studies on animal models of MS, it can be assumed that the key role in the development of an autoimmune reaction in MS belongs to the subpopulation of Th 1 CD4 + T-lymphocytes, as well as the subpopulation of Th 17 CD4 + T-lymphocytes expressing IL -17, a cytokine involved in pathogenesis of many autoimmune diseases [13]. Here, CD4 is linked to myeloid sarcoma.
