CFTR and cystic fibrosis: Case #2 involved a 7-year-old child during a follow-up at the CF center in Catania, Italy, who had been diagnosed with CF and PI by positive NBS (blood immunoreactive trypsinogen 125 ng/mL, CFTR genotype: N1303K/F508del, sweat chloride: 109–110 mEq/L).
