DEmRNAs, including AGTR2 and SCD5, were found to be involved in the regulations of renin-angiotensin production of blood volume and cytokines in diabetic cardiomyopathies, ST8SIA1, engaged in the metabolism of the Ganglio sphingolipids, GOT1, involved in carbohydrates, and PLCB1 as well as MGLL, participates in the regulation of lipolysis and insulin secretion as well as hormone levels by GPR40-binding fatty acids (FFAR1). Here, PLCB1 is linked to diabetic cardiomyopathy.
