In order to determine the effects of 3D culturing on the lncRNAs landscape of BT-474 breast cancer cells corresponding to the luminal B subtype, we first set-up an on-top model for organotypic 3D cell culture formation by using as scaffold a commercial basement (Geltrex) reagent constituted by ECM proteins including laminin, collagen IV, entactin, and heparin sulfate proteoglycans, as described in materials and methods.
