In order to determine the effects of 3D culturing on the lncRNAs landscape of BT-474 breast cancer cells corresponding to the luminal B subtype, we first set-up an on-top model for organotypic 3D cell culture formation by using as scaffold a commercial basement (Geltrex) reagent constituted by ECM proteins including laminin, collagen IV, entactin, and heparin sulfate proteoglycans, as described in materials and methods. This evidence concerns the gene LAMB2 and breast cancer.
