GCLC and neoplasm: As shown in Figure 7I,J, biological processes such as cell cycle process, cellular macromolecule biosynthetic process, cytoskeleton organization, mitotic cell cycle and regulation of cell cycle, pathways such as metabolism of xenobiotics by cytochrome p450, oocyte meiosis, spliceosome, steroid hormone biosynthesis, and ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis were significantly enriched in the GCLC high-expression group, which further proved that the high expression of GCLC promotes tumor growth and metastasis.
