In summary, in male LUAD patients (classification of gender), LUAD patients with tumors located in the peripheral lung (classification of the location of the tumor in the lung parenchyma), and LUAD patients who smoked in the past (classification of tobacco smoking history), the expression level of GCLC is higher than the LUAD patients in other groups under this classification (p < 0.05), which suggested that the expression of GCLC has an important relationship with the occurrence and development of LUAD. Here, GCLC is linked to neoplasm.
