Recent NSCLC studies demonstrate NQO1 and NRF2 negativity in normal tissue and NQO1 and NRF2 upregulation in tumor tissue, proposing single-negative NQO1 expression and dual-negative expression of NRF2 and NQO1 are predictive of improved outcomes in NSCLC patients [22,29].
