After excluding the immune cell types that could not be compared due to their insufficient proportion, we found T cells CD8, T cells CD4 naive, T cells follicular helper (Tfh), T cells regulatory (Tregs), macrophages M0, macrophages M1, macrophages M2, and neutrophils dominated in PCa, while plasma cells, NK cells activated, monocytes, and dendritic cells (DCs) activated dominated in normal tissues (all p-value < 0.05, Figure 8C). The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
