The Co-IP assay was also performed using an anti-Nesprin2 antibody and anti-ERK1/2 antibody, and a complex containing ERK1/2 and Nesprin2 was clearly detected in CRC cells, suggesting that Nesprin2 interacted with ERK1/2 in CRC (Figure 7C).
