Moreover, we explored the correlation between SLC2A1 and m6A-methylation-related genes in pan-cancer, and the results demonstrated that most of the m6A-methylation-related genes positively correlated with the expression of SLC2A1 in 33 TCGA cancers, which suggested that m6A methylation plays an important role in the epigenetic modification of SLC2A1 (Figure 10).
