The RET fusion-positive NSCLC patients presented the following results: in the platinum-based previously treated group the ORR was 64%, CR was observed in 2% of patients, mPFS was 16.5 months, and 1-year PFS was reached in 66% of patients; in the treatment-naïve group the ORR was 85%, mPFS was not reached, but the 1-year PFS was 75% [90]. Here, RET is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
