Different authors have even demonstrated an antiproliferative capacity of CA in combination with different antitumor drugs on B16F10 cells [43,44,45,46,47], showing inhibition of adhesion and metastatic migration of melanoma cells, possibly due to inhibition of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and inactivation of AKT [43,45,46]. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and melanoma.
