Even though C643 xenograft tumors presented higher number of CD45+ cells than 8505C xenograft tumors, the frequencies of double-positive CD11b+ F4/80+ cells were similar between both tumor types (24% were found positive for CD11b and F4/80 in 8505C xenograft tumors (Figure 3A), while 27% were detected positive for CD11b and F4/80 in C643 xenograft tumors (Figure 3B)).
