We determined the cut-off values, sensitivities, and specificities of VEGF-A, TNF-α, CCL2, IL-6, and IFN-γ as biomarkers to investigate whether their plasma levels could distinguish cancer in anti-TIF1-γ antibody-positive DM patients and reflect the presence of cancer through the ROC curves. The gene discussed is TRIM33; the disease is dermatomyositis.
